Grobogan, 20 September 2023 – Hari ini, Technopark Grobogan menjadi saksi atas kolaborasi yang sangat berarti antara Kedaireka MF Batch 3, UKM Putra Tunggal, serta sejumlah dosen berpengalaman dari Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) dan Universitas Stikubank (Unisbank). Acara dengan topik “Inovasi Pembuatan Membran Filter dari Limbah Kedelai” bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan kepada Mitra UKM Putra Tunggal dalam upaya mengolah limbah kedelai menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis, sebagai langkah menuju keberlanjutan ekologis.

Acara ini diawali dengan sambutan dari Prof. Dr. Siti Harnina Bintari, M.S., selaku koordinator dari kegiatan KEDAIREKA MF Batch 3, Bu Nurul Kurnia selaku direktur Technopark dan Ir. Nurkhamid, M.M yang memberikan pandangan mendalam tentang signifikansi inovasi dalam pengolahan limbah kedelai. Sementara itu, Prof. Dr. Masturi, M.Si., dan Dr. Alamsyah, S.Si., M.Kom, juga turut berbagi wawasan berharga dalam pengembangan produk olahan kedelai yang ramah lingkungan.
Tidak hanya itu, keikutsertaan dosen dari Unisbank, R.R Dewi Handayani Untari, S.Kom., M.,Kom, memperkaya diskusi dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang pengembangan penjualan produk-produk berbasis kedelai.

Kegiatan utama dari pertemuan ini dalam pelatihan intensif yang memberikan informasi rinci tentang cara mengolah limbah kedelai menjadi membran filter yang berkualitas. Dengan melibatkan para pengrajin pembuat tempe dan tahu di Grobogan sebagai target utama, program ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan visi bersama dalam menciptakan produk ekologis yang ramah lingkungan.

Kedaireka MF Batch 3 dan UKM Putra Tunggal berharap bahwa inisiatif ini akan menjadi langkah awal yang positif dalam mewujudkan konsep Green Economy_Green UKM yang berkelanjutan. Dengan dukungan para ahli dan praktisi di bidangnya, optimis bahwa produk-produk dari limbah kedelai dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan bagi masa depan yang lebih baik.
