Prof. Dr. Ahmad Rusland Mohd Ridzuan (Phd in Concrete Materials 2004, Universiti Sains Malaysia) dengan tema \u201c<em>Concrete Technology<\/em>\u201d dan Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Kamil Arshad (Inspector\/Assesor of Foreign Allair, Master &amp; Phd Student, MITRANS) dengan tema \u201c<em>Highway Engineering\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pada hari kedua dengan pembicara Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nor Hayati Abdul Hamid (PhD in University of Canterbury, New Zealand) dengan tema <em>\u201cStructural and Earthquake Enginering\u201d <\/em>dan Dr. Hayati Awang M.Sc (Geotech.
