Masyarakat bisa memanfaatkan limbah yang mudah ditemui di sekitar, seperti limbah tanaman, limbah organik rumah tangga, hingga kotoran hewan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Secara teknis, pembuatan\u00a0kompos\u00a0bisa dipercepat dengan menggunakan aktivator atau biang\u00a0kompos. Diantaranya bahan\u00a0kompos\u00a0harus dicacah, aktivator perlu tercampur merata ke seluruh bahan\u00a0kompos, dan bahan\u00a0kompos\u00a0harus cukup mengandung air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Bahan yang terlalu kering lebih sulit dikomposkan, namun jika terlalu basah juga akan menghambat proses pengomposan.
