Program Studi Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menjalin kerjasama strategis dengan PT Pertamina Retail yang diwujudkan dalam penandatanganan kesepakatan kolaborasi serta penyerahan bantuan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berupa dua unit sepeda motor listrik. Bantuan ini ditujukan untuk mendukung kegiatan penelitian mahasiswa, khususnya di bidang energi baru dan terbarukan, serta mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) nomor 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) dan nomor 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) serta nomor 17 (Partnerships for the goals).

Kesepakatan kerjasama ini mencakup tiga poin penting, yakni kolaborasi riset antara dosen dan mahasiswa Teknik Elektro FT UNNES, program magang mahasiswa di PT Pertamina Retail, serta keterlibatan dosen industri untuk memberikan wawasan langsung dari dunia kerja ke perkuliahan. Seluruh rangkaian kegiatan disepakati melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) CSR ESA (Energy Sustainability Academy) PT Pertamina Retail yang diselenggarakan pada Kamis, 7 Agustus 2025, di SPBU COCO 41.502.02 Sultan Agung Semarang, mulai pukul 10.30 hingga 15.00 WIB.

Acara FGD ini dihadiri oleh jajaran pimpinan PT Pertamina Retail, Koordinator Prodi Teknik Elektro UNNES Nur Iksan, S.T., M.Kom., Prof. Dr. Djoko Adi Widodo, M.T. (Profesor Bidang Energi Baru Terbarukan), Prof. Dr. Ir. Subiyanto, S.T., M.T. (Profesor Bidang Sistem Cerdas), dosen pembimbing tugas akhir Syahroni Hidayat, S.T., M.Eng., dan Abdurrakhman Hamid Al-azhari, S.T., M.T., serta 25 mahasiswa Teknik Elektro UNNES. Dalam sesi materi, Prof. Dr. Djoko Adi Widodo memaparkan perkembangan teknologi energi baru dan terbarukan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masa depan.

Puncak acara ditandai dengan penandatanganan nota kesepahaman dan penyerahan secara simbolis bantuan CSR dua unit sepeda motor listrik dari PT Pertamina Retail kepada Program Studi Teknik Elektro FT UNNES. Motor listrik ini akan digunakan mahasiswa sebagai media penelitian dalam pengembangan teknologi transportasi ramah lingkungan, termasuk riset sistem penggerak, manajemen baterai, dan integrasi dengan sumber energi terbarukan.

Dalam hal ini, Dekan FT UNNES Prof. Dr. Wirawan Sumbodo, M.T. sangat menghargai jalinan kerjasama tersebut. Diharapkan dengan adanya kerjasama ini, mahasiswa dapat terus mengasah kemampuan untuk berinovasi dengan ide-ide kreatif serta dapat mengimplementasikan nya di dunia kerja nantinya. Adapun kerjasama tersebut semoga bisa terus berlangsung dan berkelanjutan guna mempersiapkan lulusan mahasiswa teknik yang berkualitas dan siap bekerja baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri.

Bantuan ini menjadi wujud nyata komitmen PT Pertamina Retail dalam mendorong inovasi teknologi bersih serta mendukung pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Dengan adanya fasilitas penelitian ini, diharapkan mahasiswa Teknik Elektro UNNES semakin termotivasi untuk menghasilkan karya inovatif yang berdampak pada pengembangan teknologi energi hijau, sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap target SDG di tingkat nasional dan global.
