We would like to inform all research and community service project leaders that the disbursement of the second phase of funding (30%) for research and community service projects funded by the 2026 FISIP UNNES DPA budget is now available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project leaders are requested to prepare the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Phase II Payment Receipt<\/strong> \u2013 1 copy (printed from the Simpelmas<\/em> menu: Phase II Disbursement<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Statement of Responsibility for Expenditure (SPTB) \u2013 30%<\/strong> \u2013 1 copy (printed from the Simpelmas<\/em> menu: Phase II Disbursement<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Payment Minutes (Berita Acara Pembayaran)<\/strong> \u2013 1 copy (printed from the Simpelmas<\/em> menu: Phase II Disbursement<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Handover Minutes (Berita Acara Serah Terima)<\/strong> \u2013 1 copy (printed from the Simpelmas<\/em> menu: Phase II Disbursement<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Reviewer\u2019s Recommendation on the Feasibility of Research Results<\/strong> \u2013 1 copy (printed from the Litabmas<\/em> menu: Implementation<\/em> \u2192 select the research\/community service project title \u2192 Print Documents<\/em> \u2192 Recommendation on the Feasibility of Results<\/em>). If the recommendation letter is not yet available for printing, please contact the relevant reviewer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. IDR 10,000 revenue stamps (materai)<\/strong> \u2013 2 stamps. Please bring your own stamps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    All documents must be submitted to the FISIP Finance Office on the second floor on Monday or Tuesday, 19\u201320 October 2026<\/strong>, as specified in the attached list of names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
