They held an iftar gathering that also served as a moment for work coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only lecturers attended the event, but students from various cohorts also participated in the gathering. The atmosphere was warm and lively as participants shared various dishes prepared for breaking the fast, including beef rib soup, chicken satay, <em>selat Solo<\/em>, <em>kolak<\/em>, and several other traditional menus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the time for iftar arrived, the gathering was used as an opportunity for discussion and coordination among the lecturers regarding their academic responsibilities and targets for the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahma Hayati, Coordinator of the Geography Study Program, reminded the lecturers that the program is targeting an 84 percent student graduation rate this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She explained that starting in early April, a new wave of students will begin their thesis defense sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe expect that by July the target of 84 percent graduation can be achieved,\u201d Rahma said during the coordination meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260306-WA0057-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17677\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260306-WA0057-1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260306-WA0057-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260306-WA0057-1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260306-WA0057-1-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260306-WA0057-1.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Sriyanto, Coordinator of the Geography Education Program, encouraged lecturers to be more active in supervising students, particularly those who are currently completing their final projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLecturers are expected to actively guide students who choose either the thesis or journal-based final project,\u201d Sriyanto explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the 2022 cohort of Geography Education students consists of 93 students. Of that number, 10 students have already graduated, while around 80 students are still working on their final projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to discussing academic targets, the lecturers also used the time while waiting for the Maghrib call to prayer to complete their Employee Performance Targets (<em>Sasaran Kerja Pegawai<\/em> or SKP) together.
