{"id":16228,"date":"2025-11-03T13:27:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-03T06:27:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/?p=16228"},"modified":"2025-11-03T13:27:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T06:27:11","slug":"fisip-dharma-wanita-outbound-happy-wives-empowered-husbands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fisip\/2025\/11\/03\/fisip-dharma-wanita-outbound-happy-wives-empowered-husbands\/","title":{"rendered":"FISIP Dharma Wanita Outbound: Happy Wives, Empowered Husbands"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Heavy rain did not dampen the enthusiasm of the members of the Dharma Wanita Sub-Unit of FISIP UNNES as they took part in a <em>capacity building<\/em> activity themed <strong>\u201cCaring for Mothers\u2019 Mental Health.\u201d<\/strong> The event took place at the Kemuning tourism area, Karanganyar, Solo, on Saturday (November 1, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 40 participants, consisting of wives of lecturers and administrative staff of FISIP UNNES, joined the event. The agenda included various physical activities such as agility games, concentration exercises, and group activities designed to strengthen teamwork and togetherness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activity was designed to enhance the personal well-being of the participants so that they can better support their husbands\u2019 professional responsibilities while maintaining family welfare. Despite the heavy rain, the atmosphere remained warm and joyful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ufi Saraswati, a History lecturer who attended the event, shared that the sense of camaraderie and laughter never faded. \u201cWe got caught in the rain, but it turned into a funny memory. Between activities, we even had time to shop around the area\u2014there were lots of avocado and mango sellers with very affordable prices. It\u2019s true what they say, behind every successful husband is a wife who loves to go on trips,\u201d she said with a laugh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Festi Zulfaturrohmah, Head of Academic and Student Affairs Administration at FISIP UNNES, emphasized the great benefits of the event for mental health and personal happiness. \u201cAfter participating in this <em>capacity building<\/em>, I feel truly happy. It\u2019s refreshing to take a short break from routine\u2014my body feels lighter, and my mind clearer. We return home with renewed spirit to continue supporting our husbands and children,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This activity aligns with <strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) No. 3: Good Health and Well-Being<\/strong> and <strong>SDGs No. 5: Gender Equality<\/strong>. Through this program, Dharma Wanita FISIP UNNES seeks to strengthen awareness about the importance of women\u2019s mental health, particularly for wives and mothers who often juggle multiple roles in family and community life. Supporting women\u2019s mental health is a crucial foundation for achieving sustainable family and community welfare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than just a recreational event, this <em>capacity building<\/em> served as a platform for women\u2019s empowerment\u2014providing space to share experiences, foster solidarity, and cultivate empathy among participants.
