This annual event showcased 261 student business products, with a majority coming from the culinary sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Dean of FISIP, Prof. Arif Purnomo, said the event serves as a platform for students to apply their entrepreneurship learning in real world setting.\u201cThis expo is a display of students\u2019 entrepreneurial learning abilities, as well as an important preparation for their future careers and ventures,\u201d he said on Thursday, October 30, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>As part of its support, the faculty gave recognition to nine outstanding teams, assessed based on their sales performance and business reporting. Each selected team received Rp750,000 in business development capital.\u201cThis funding is intended to encourage students to further develop their ventures. We want to motivate them to take their business management more seriously,\u201d Arif added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Rector of UNNES, Prof. S. Martono, emphasized that student-run culinary businesses have great potential and should continue to grow. He also encouraged the university to utilize student products in campus activities.\u201cStudent culinary businesses must keep developing. Her main products are sweet donuts and mentai donuts filled with sausages.\u201cI love donuts and mentai dim sum, so I combined them into a business idea. Two sweet donuts sell for Rp5,000, while mentai donuts are Rp10,000 each,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fantika shared that she sold more than 50 donuts during the expo.
