Semarang \u2013 The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), once again held its regular Healthy Friday program through a Physical Fitness Exercise session on Friday, August 7, 2026, at the A2 Courtyard of FIPP UNNES. The activity, which began at 7:00 a.m., was attended by the faculty leadership, heads of study programs, lecturers, administrative staff, and laboratory assistants as part of the faculty’s ongoing commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle among its academic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conducted every Friday morning, the program aims to foster both physical and mental well-being among members of the faculty. Beyond improving physical fitness, the activity also serves as an opportunity to strengthen collegiality, enhance communication, and cultivate a healthy, harmonious, and productive working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exercise session was led by a professional instructor from the Faculty of Sports Science (FIK) UNNES. Participants enthusiastically followed each movement throughout the session, creating an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere. This interfaculty collaboration reflects UNNES’ commitment to enhancing the quality of its human resources through cross-faculty partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation of the Physical Fitness Exercise program is also aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, by encouraging regular physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle for the academic community. In addition, the collaboration with the Faculty of Sports Science supports SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, highlighting the importance of institutional collaboration in delivering impactful and sustainable programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the Healthy Friday program, FIPP UNNES continues to demonstrate its commitment to creating a healthy campus environment that promotes the well-being, productivity, and professional performance of its academic community. It is expected that this regular initiative will not only improve physical fitness but also strengthen solidarity among faculty members while contributing to the realization of a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable university in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
