The action took place at Bondo Beach, Bondo Village, Bangsri District, Jepara Regency, Central Java, on Sunday morning (April 26, 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main focus of this action was to clean the beach of plastic waste and other waste that could potentially damage and threaten the marine ecosystem. The activity, which took place amidst the gentle sea breeze off the Jepara coast, was a concrete manifestation of their support for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Point 13 concerning Climate Change Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"865\" height=\"487\" src=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-23.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-23.png 865w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-23-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-23-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 865px) 100vw, 865px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students, aspiring educators, took this tactical step in light of the increasing threat of climate change. This situation is further exacerbated by human behavior that lacks environmental concern, especially in coastal areas that are highly vulnerable to pollution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bIn the field, these 27 UNNES students went beyond collecting trash. In a spirit of togetherness, they sorted the waste they found and educated each other on the importance of reducing the use of single-use plastics, a small step that can have a big impact on the earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"841\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8398\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-22.png 841w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-22-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/05\/image-22-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 841px) 100vw, 841px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe atmosphere of the activity, initially filled with typical student laughter, gradually transformed into a moment of deep reflection on the significant responsibility the younger generation bears for environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThrough the &#8220;0 MDPL&#8221; movement, the UNNES PGSD students hope to leave more than just footprints on the sand of Bondo Beach.
