Ruslim"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) continues to demonstrate its commitment to improving the quality of education across Indonesia through active participation in the <strong>School Management Workshop in East Sumba<\/strong>, involving <strong>30 partner schools of the Astra Education Foundation \u2013 Michael D. Ruslim (YPA-MDR)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop was held in <strong>two phases<\/strong>, with <strong>Phase 1 taking place on September 11\u201313, 2025<\/strong>, and <strong>Phase 2 on October 20\u201322, 2025<\/strong>. The program focused on strengthening the capacity of school principals and teachers in <strong>school management, instructional leadership, data-driven planning, and the development of positive school culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A team from UNNES served as <strong>resource persons and facilitators<\/strong>, sharing best practices and insights in educational management, academic supervision, and sustainable school development strategies. Through a participatory and needs-based approach, participants were encouraged to analyze challenges within their schools and design contextually relevant solutions that can be effectively implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This activity represents a strong collaboration between <strong>UNNES and YPA-MDR<\/strong> in supporting the achievement of the <strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>, particularly <strong>SDG 4 (Quality Education)<\/strong> and <strong>SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)<\/strong>.
