Minimnya motivasi intrinsik ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan belum sepenuhnya mempertimbangkan faktor individu seperti minat vokasional, sehingga efektivitasnya masih terbatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menjawab tantangan tersebut, <strong>Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES)<\/strong> melalui Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) berkolaborasi dengan Fakultas Psikologi <strong>Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI)<\/strong> dalam sebuah riset bersama untuk mengkaji hubungan antara minat vokasional dengan intensi dan komitmen berwirausaha mahasiswa psikologi. Proyek ini dipimpin oleh <strong>Laila Listiana Ulya, M.Psi., Psikolog<\/strong> (UNNES) bersama <strong>Indah Mulia Sari, M.Psi., T.<\/strong> (UPI), dengan dukungan tim peneliti UNNES yaitu <strong>Pundani Eki Pratiwi, M.Psi.<\/strong>, Psikolog, <strong>Aftina Nurul Husna, M.A.<\/strong>, dan <strong>Faiz Fatihul \u2018Alwan, M.Pd.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian ini menggunakan model minat vokasional <strong>RIASEC<\/strong> untuk memetakan profil mahasiswa, dengan fokus pada karakter <strong>Enterprising (E)<\/strong> yang erat kaitannya dengan kecenderungan berwirausaha. Melalui pemetaan ini, tim berharap dapat mengembangkan pendekatan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang lebih kontekstual, personal, dan sesuai dengan potensi mahasiswa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inisiatif riset ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi <strong>Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi<\/strong>, khususnya dalam pilar penelitian, sekaligus mendukung pencapaian <strong>SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas)<\/strong> dan <strong>SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi)<\/strong>. Luaran yang ditargetkan dari penelitian ini mencakup publikasi artikel di jurnal internasional bereputasi Scopus, sertifikat Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI), <em>Implementation of Arrangement<\/em> dengan mitra, sertifikat <em>Guest Lecture<\/em>, dan poster ilmiah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui riset ini, UNNES dan UPI berkomitmen menghadirkan inovasi pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis minat vokasional, agar mahasiswa tidak sekadar berwirausaha karena tuntutan akademik, tetapi juga karena dorongan minat dan komitmen pribadi yang kuat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNNES and UPI Collaborate on Research: Vocational Interests as the Key to Strengthening Entrepreneurship among Psychology Students<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Semarang, September 25, 2025<\/strong> \u2014 Entrepreneurship has become an essential skill for the younger generation. However, in reality, many university students still view entrepreneurship programs merely as academic requirements rather than as a personal calling. This lack of intrinsic motivation indicates that entrepreneurship education has not fully taken into account individual factors such as vocational interests, thereby limiting its overall effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To address this challenge, <strong>Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES)<\/strong> through the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP), in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology, <strong>Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI)<\/strong>, is conducting a joint research project to examine the relationship between vocational interests and entrepreneurial intention and commitment among psychology students. The project is led by <strong>Laila Listiana Ulya, M.Psi., Psychologist<\/strong> (UNNES) and <strong>Indah Mulia Sari, M.Psi., T.<\/strong> (UPI), with support from the UNNES research team: <strong>Pundani Eki Pratiwi, M.Psi., Psychologist<\/strong>, <strong>Aftina Nurul Husna, M.A.<\/strong>, and <strong>Faiz Fatihul \u2018Alwan, M.Pd.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study employs the <strong>RIASEC vocational interest model<\/strong> to map student profiles, focusing on the <strong>Enterprising (E)<\/strong> character that is closely associated with entrepreneurial tendencies. Through this mapping, the team expects to develop an entrepreneurship education approach that is more contextual, personalized, and aligned with student potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative represents an implementation of the <strong>Tri Dharma of Higher Education<\/strong>, particularly the pillar of research, while also supporting the achievement of <strong>SDG 4 (Quality Education)<\/strong> and <strong>SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth)<\/strong>.
