Semarang, (31\/12)<\/strong> \u2014 The Dean of the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) held a retirement ceremony for five lecturers who had dedicated their careers to teaching within FIPP. The event took place in the Auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Dean\u2019s Office building. The five retirees honored at the ceremony were Dra. Liliek Desmawati, M.Pd., from the Non-Formal Education program; Dra. Istiyarini, M.Pd., from the Educational Technology program; Drs. Sukardi, M.Pd.; Dra. Marjuni, M.Pd.; and Drs. Suwandi, M.Pd., from the Elementary School Teacher Education program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retirement ceremony began with a speech from the Dean of FIPP, followed by the reading of biographies by the Vice Dean II for Planning and Resources, and concluded with a message of reflections and farewell remarks from a representative of the retiring lecturers. The event ended with a group photo. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si., extended his deepest gratitude and highest respect to the retiring lecturers. He expressed appreciation for their exemplary dedication and for inspiring other faculty members to remain committed and impactful throughout their careers, up until retirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThank you to the leadership for allowing us to serve. We hope that our fellow lecturers will continue the mission of educating and making the most of the opportunity to pursue doctoral education and achieve the highest academic rank as a Professor. As the saying goes, \u2018If there\u2019s a well in the field, feel free to stop and bathe; if life grants us a long journey, may we meet again,\u2019<\/em>\u201d concluded Dra.
