In this digital era, competency-based learning is essential because it encourages equalizing students&#8217; abilities and empowers them in their daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the guest lecture that lasted approximately two hours, Dr. Panya discussed what competency-based learning is, the reasons for studying it, its relation to teaching methods such as cooperative learning, and techniques for applying it in the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Our hope is that with this guest lecture, students of Universitas Negeri Semarang, as prospective elementary school teachers, can understand competency-based learning and be motivated to apply it in the classroom. This guest lecture can be a new experience for the students to make their mark in the international arena,&#8221; said Moh.
