The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) recently conducted a visit to the Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand. This visit took place on October 25, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. local time. The delegation from FIPP\u2019s Non-Formal Education Program included five faculty members: Dr. Mintarsih Arbarini, M.Pd., Dr. Tri Suminar, M.Pd., Liliek Desmawati, M.Pd., All Fine Loretha, M.Pd., Hendra Dedi K., M.Pd., Moh. Fathurrahman, M.Sn., Novi Setyasto, M.Pd., and Moh. Farizqo Irvan, M.Pd. The visit aimed to facilitate a focus group discussion between FIPP at UNNES and SEAMEO, an intergovernmental regional organization dedicated to promoting cooperation in education, science, and culture across Southeast Asia. This collaboration holds significant importance, recognizing the value of educational partnerships in fostering a more civilized human society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through the FGD and subsequent signing of a collaboration agreement between FIPP UNNES and SEAMEO, the following benefits are anticipated: (1) FIPP UNNES and SEAMEO will be able to share best practices, experiences, and innovations in teaching methods, curriculum development, and educational management; (2) Undertake collaborative research that could yield new findings and significant contributions in various academic fields; (3) Discuss challenges and solutions in teaching with the aim of enhancing lecturers\u2019 teaching skills and methodologies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
