Semarang, October 22, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) once again held a Guest Lecture as part of its efforts to enhance academic quality through international collaboration. This time, FIPP UNNES welcomed Dr. Felix Why from the School of Psychology, University of Worcester,<\/strong> to deliver a lecture on Contemporary Issues in Leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The online event was attended by approximately 145 students from the Psychology Study Program. This guest lecture was a follow-up to the partnership agreement between FIPP UNNES and Worcester University, which has been established through various previous academic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his lecture, Dr. Felix Why discussed various contemporary leadership issues, including the evolving dynamics of leadership in the digital era, the challenges of cross-cultural leadership, and the importance of flexibility and empathy in addressing social and organizational changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event is expected to broaden students’ insights into current leadership issues and strengthen academic ties between FIPP UNNES and the University of Worcester for future collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
