Psikologi UNNES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nur Farhana Ardillah Binti Aftar, Ph.D., menjelaskan bahwa sekolah inklusif adalah institusi di mana siswa dengan dan tanpa disabilitas belajar bersama dengan dukungan asisten pengajar untuk siswa disabilitas. Di AS, 95% sekolah telah menerapkan sistem ini, sedangkan di Malaysia hanya sekitar 13%. Sekolah inklusif dinilai ekonomis karena mengurangi biaya pembangunan fasilitas ganda dan hanya memerlukan tambahan asisten pengajar. Di Indonesia, implementasi sekolah inklusif masih sangat terbatas dan akan memerlukan waktu dan sumber daya yang besar. Disabilitas sendiri mencakup berbagai jenis seperti gangguan kognitif, sosial-emosional, motorik, keterampilan sehari-hari, perilaku, serta bahasa dan komunikasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Hal yang saya peroleh dari acara ini adalah bahwa setiap individu memiliki keunikan dan perbedaan masing-masing.
