19\/04\/2023 <\/strong>Faculty of Education and Psychology Universitas Negeri Semarang (FIPP UNNES) received a working visit as part of a benchmarking activity conducted by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Universitas Mataram (FKIP UNRAM). The event was attended by the Vice Dean II, the Coordinator of the Early Childhood Education Study Program (Koorprodi PGPAUD), and a team of 4 individuals from FKIP UNRAM. This activity represents UNRAM’s efforts in preparing for the transition of higher education institutions to become Legal Entity State Universities (PTNBH). Cooperation between FKIP UNRAM and FIPP UNNES will be established to implement the Independent Campus program as a step for FKIP UNRAM in the process of becoming PTNBH. This is because, in becoming a PTNBH, State Universities need to establish collaboration with various parties and programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dean of FIPP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si., stated in his address that FIPP UNNES welcomes the cooperation efforts and is ready to support various programs in the future. The activity proceeded with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between both parties and discussions regarding the technical aspects of the planned activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The benchmarking activity began with a presentation of FIPP’s profile delivered by the Vice Dean I of FIPP UNNES, Farid Ahmadi S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D. Various programs planned under this collaboration include faculty and student exchanges, discussions on clusters, laboratories, lab sites, student activities, academic information systems, and several other additional activities.
