Semarang, May 16, 2023 – The Faculty of Education (FIP) at Semarang State University (UNNES) successfully held the Opening of Education Month 2023. Education Month is an annual event commemorating the birth month of the Faculty of Education at UNNES. This year, the theme chosen is “FIP UNNES Excellence for Brilliant Education in Indonesia.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his welcome speech, Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si., the Dean of the Faculty of Education, emphasized the importance of the Education Month theme. He emphasized the alignment of the Education Month theme with the faculty’s new vision, which is also in line with the university’s vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The UNNES Rector stated that this event is an important momentum in improving the quality of education, especially in making UNNES a reference for education in Indonesia. Education Month provides an important opportunity to discuss and explore ways to enhance the education system and make UNNES a leading educational institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the event, an Entrepreneurship Expo was also held by FIP students with the theme “Entrepreneurship as a Means to Develop Student Creativity in Brilliant Education in Indonesia.” The expo aims to showcase the entrepreneurial skills of FIP students and highlight their contributions in developing innovative educational approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Education Month 2023 will feature various activities and programs, including seminars, workshops, and collaborative initiatives with stakeholders in the education sector.
