<\/strong>Semarang, December 11, 2025 \u2014 The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) of Semarang State University (UNNES) held a plenary meeting, year-end reflection, and appreciation for outstanding lecturers and education staff on December 10, 2025. This activity became a momentum to evaluate the implementation of work programs, strengthen coordination, and provide awards for the contribution of the academic community in supporting the progress of the faculty.
The plenary meeting and year-end reflection became a space to review various activities that have been carried out while identifying improvement steps for the next period. Through this evaluation, FIPP UNNES strives to strengthen organizational governance, increase the effectiveness of program implementation, and build a productive work environment and support the welfare of the entire academic community.
On this occasion, FIPP UNNES gave appreciation to a number of outstanding lecturers and education staff. The outstanding lecturer award was given to Mulawarman, S.Pd., M.Pd., Ph.D. as the best first, Sunawan, S.Pd., M.Si., Ph.D. as the second best, and Farid Ahmadi, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D. as the third best. The award for outstanding student supervisor was given to Yogi Saraswati, S.Psi., M.Psi., while the award for best educational staff was given to Dilla Ardina, A.Md.
This appreciation is a form of recognition for the dedication, professionalism, and contribution of the academic community in carrying out their duties. The award is expected to increase work motivation, strengthen a culture of mutual respect, and encourage the creation of a healthy, supportive, and integrity-based work environment.
This activity supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Healthy and Prosperous Life through efforts to build a positive work environment, support the welfare of the academic community, and increase motivation and work enthusiasm.
