This activity raised the theme of improving teacher competency in developing positive character in students through the *Value Clarification Technique* (VCT) approach.<br><br>This community service program aims to support the improvement of teacher capacity in guiding students to develop positive values. Through the VCT approach, teachers are expected to be able to help students recognize, understand, and determine the values \u200b\u200bthat form the basis of their attitudes and behavior in everyday life.<br><br>Strengthening teacher competency is an important step in building an educational environment that supports the development of student character. Teachers not only play a role in delivering learning materials, but also guide students in developing an attitude of responsibility, respect for others, and making decisions based on positive values. Through this fostered village program, FIPP UNNES strives to apply educational science to directly support the needs of the community.<br><br>This activity supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, particularly through increasing teacher capacity and strengthening learning processes that support student character development. Developing teacher competencies is expected to help create more meaningful learning experiences and support the holistic development of students.<br><br>Through the Assisted Village Community Service Program, FIPP UNNES continues to encourage the contribution of higher education institutions in improving the quality of education through mentoring and community empowerment.
