This activity is part of the faculty&#8217;s commitment to supporting student competency development so they are better prepared to face career challenges and opportunities after completing their education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/10\/image-34.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10076\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.708185053380783;width:480px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/10\/image-34.png 480w, https:\/\/unnes.ac.id\/fipp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2026\/10\/image-34-300x176.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop involved students as participants and speakers who provided material on career preparation. According to documentation, the event featured presentations, discussions, and interactions between speakers and participants. This activity provided a platform for students to gain insight into preparing for entering the professional world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Career preparation is a crucial part of higher education. In addition to academic competency, students need to develop supporting skills, communication skills, and prepare for the job selection process and the dynamics of the professional environment. Providing career guidance to students is one way to strengthen the quality of human resources and support the transition from higher education to the workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the Career Preparation Workshop, FIPP UNNES continues to support students in developing their potential and preparing for their professional future.
