Perkuat praktik konselor di Indonesia Program Studi Pendidikan Profesi Konselor Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Semarang (PPK UNNES) bekerjasama dengan Ikatan Keluarga Alumni PPK FIP UNNES menggelar  Seminar Nasional dan Sharing Best Practice (20/12). Kegiatan tersebut mengangkat tema “Penguatan Praktik Konselor di Indonesia”, yang menghadirkan 4 narasumber yaitu Prof. Dr. Moh Farozin, M.Pd., Dr. Drs. Sigit Muryono, BA, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons., Unhaluddin T. Kurniawan., S. Pd., M. Pd., Kons., dan Putri Ria Angelina,M.Pd. Kons. Kegiatan tersebut diselenggarakan secara hybrid di Dekanat FIP UNNES Lantai 3 dan Zoom Meeting.

Pada kegiatan tersebut juga dilaksanakan dua rangkaian kegiatan lain yaitu Pelantikkan Pengurus Ikatan Keluarga Alumni UNNES Prodi PPK Komisariat FIP UNNES Periode 2022-2026 dan Penyerahan Izin Praktik Konselor Kepada Konselor Angkatan XV PPK FIP UNNES oleh PB ABKIN.

Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh kurang lebih 100 peserta dibagi menjadi dua sesi, yaitu sesi pertama seminar nasional yang diisi oleh Prof. Dr. Moh Farozin, M.Pd., dan Dr. Drs. Sigit Muryono, BA, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons. Pada sesi 1 (satu) tersebut dipandu oleh Amien Wahyudi, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons. Pemaparan pertama disampaikan oleh Prof. Dr. Moh Farozin, M.Pd. mengenai “Penguatan Praktik Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling pada Jalur Pendidikan Nonformal dan Informal”. Prof. Farozin menjelaskan bahwanya pentingnya dibuatkan rancangan oleh Prodi untuk mahasiswa yang baru lulus sehingga adanya efisiensi mahasiswa yang baru lulus langsung mendapatkan surat izin praktik. “Peningkatan mutu diri dapat dilihat dalam 6 (enam) aspek yaitu keteladanan dalam berbagai setting, punyakah wawasan yang luas dalam kehidupan baik dunia maupun akhirat, kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan pihak lain, kemampuan untuk bisa menjalin hubungan yang baik, memanfaatkan teknologi, dan menerapkan konsep BK dan landasan-landasan BK dalam Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling”, paparnya.

Pemaparan kedua disampaikan oleh Dr. Drs. Sigit Muryono, BA, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons., mengenai “Konselor Indonesia Sekarang dan Masa Depan”. Dr. Sigit mengungkapkan terdapat 6 (enam) kriteria keprofesian profesi konseling yaitu keintelektualan, kompetensi yang dipelajari, objek praktis spesifik, komunikasi, organisasi profesi, dan motivasi altruistik. Sesi diskusi dilaksanakan setelah sesi pemaparan oleh kedua narasumber di sesi 1. Sesi kedua yaitu sharing best practice yang menghadirkan Putri Ria Angelina, M.Pd., Kons., yang membuka praktik konseling di Angel’s Counseling & Consultation dan Unhaluddin T. Kurniawan, M.Pd., Kons., dari Komunitas Hayatuz Indonesia. Kedua narasumber tersebut merupakan alumni Pendidikan Profesi Konselor UNNES tahun 2017. Sharing Best Practice dipandu oleh moderator Edwindha Prafitra Nugraheni., M.Pd., Kons. Terdapat banyak wawasan dan pengalaman yang disampaikan oleh narasumber mulai dari perjalanan membuka lembaga praktik konseling hingga menerapkan layanan konseling.
