Tentang 

Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan adalah organisasi mahasiswa di tingkat fakultas yang berfungsi sebagai wadah aspirasi, pengembangan potensi, serta penggerak berbagai program kerja yang mendukung bidang akademik, olahraga, seni, dan sosial kemasyarakatan. BEM FIK hadir sebagai motor penggerak kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang berorientasi pada pembinaan kepemimpinan, kreativitas, serta solidaritas antar mahasiswa. Selain menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara mahasiswa dengan pihak fakultas maupun universitas, BEM FIK juga berperan aktif dalam menciptakan iklim akademik yang sehat, mengembangkan minat dan bakat mahasiswa dibidang akademik maupun non akademik, serta membangun kontribusi nyata dalam masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian, pergerakan, dan aksi sosial tentunya dengan menjunjung tinggi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

Menjadikan BEM FIK sebagai agen perubahan yang aktif, sportif dan kolaboratif dalam menciptakan lingkungan akademik serta sosial yang berkelanjutan, dengan menjunjung tinggi nilai – nilai tridharma perguruan tinggi.

Misi

  • ⁠ ⁠Mengaktualisasikan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan yang Aktif, Sportif, Kolaboratif dan Progresif.
  • ⁠ ⁠Menciptakan Wadah Organisasi Untuk Mendorong Pemikiran Kritis, Berdaya Saing tinggi, dan Berinovasi Kreatif
  • ⁠ ⁠Membangun dan Merangkul Rasa Kekeluargaan antar Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan
  • ⁠ ⁠Menjadikan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu keolahragaan yang responsif dan solutif terhadap kesejahteraan mahasiswa

Tujuan

  1. ⁠Pengembangan karakter pemimpin yang berkaliber (Pemimpin yang berkaliber harus memiliki fondasi moral yang kuat. Pendidikan karakter harus mencakup nilai-nilai seperti integritas, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan keberanian mengambil keputusan. Keterampilan Komunikasi Efektif, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis dan Strategis, Kecerdasan Emosional (Emotional Intelligence).
  2. Peningkatan softskill dan aksi sosial (Komunikasi Efektif, Pengembangan Keterampilan Kerja Tim, membangun kemampuan kolaborasi, pembagian tugas, dan pengelolaan konflik dalam tim. Kepemimpinan dan Manajemen Waktu, Kreativitas dan Pemecahan Masalah. Mewadahi Aspirasi Mahasiswa FIK. Peningkatan Aksi Sosial Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Kampanye Kesadaran Sosial, kampanye untuk isu-isu penting seperti kesehatan mental, lingkungan, atau pemberdayaan masyarakat.
  3. ⁠Pengembangan potensi minat dan bakat yang beragam (BEM FIK diharapkan Memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengeksplorasi bidang yang beragam, seperti menggabungkan minat di seni dengan teknologi, atau olahraga sesuai dengan bidangnya. Membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan minat dan bakat menjadi profesi dengan memberikan pelatihan karier, akses ke magang, atau peluang kerja).
