SEMARANG \u2013 The tradition of academic achievements at the Faculty of Law, Semarang State University (UNNES), continues to show impressive progress. This time, a prestigious achievement comes from Krisna Eka Prasetya, a 2023 Law Faculty student at UNNES, who successfully published his scientific paper in an internationally Scopus-indexed Constitutional Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The scientific article was officially published by the Registrar and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (MKRI) in Volume 23, Issue 1, March 2026. In this publication, Krisna presented a very comprehensive title, namely \u201cAmbivalence in the Application of the Purcell Principle in the Constitutional Review of Electoral Regulations at the Constitutional Court.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this normative juridical research, Krisna critically highlights the Constitutional Court Decision Number 60\/PUU-XXII\/2024, which was delivered close to a crucial stage of the general election. His thoughts offer a progressive idea in the form of a recommendation to institutionalize a constitutional deadline of 6 (six) months before the election stages, in order to maintain legal certainty and apply the principle of judicial restraint. The acceptance of the article in the Constitutional Journal of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia proves that FH UNNES students are not only able to understand legal theory in the classroom, but are also able to critique and contribute concrete ideas for Indonesia\u2019s governance. The Dean and the entire FH UNNES family give their highest appreciation for Krisna’s academic dedication, which also brings honor to the conservation campus in the global scientific publication arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
