Penyelenggara kegiatan 3rd ICBIR tersebut adalah IPN Education Group.\u00a0 Yozi Aulia R., S.E, M.Sc berhasil menjadi Best Presenter dengan judul artikelnya Tax Revenue Convergence Among Province in Indonesia.\u00a0 Jumlah artikel yang dipresentasikan dalam 3rd ICBIR sebanyak 30.
