The publication highlights the department&#8217;s commitment to advancing interdisciplinary research that integrates management, higher education, and emerging digital technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The article, entitled <strong>&#8220;Optimizing the Quality of Higher Education with Artificial Intelligence,&#8221;<\/strong> was authored by <strong>Khoiruddin, Martono, and Heri Yanto<\/strong>. The study explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be leveraged to improve the quality of higher education by supporting adaptive learning, data-driven decision-making, and institutional performance enhancement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As higher education institutions continue to navigate rapid digital transformation, AI has emerged as a strategic technology capable of improving both academic and administrative processes. The study discusses how AI-powered technologies can facilitate scalable data processing, personalized learning experiences, predictive analytics, and more responsive educational management systems. These innovations enable universities to better respond to changing educational demands while improving learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The researchers also emphasize that, despite the enormous potential of AI, many higher education institutions have yet to fully utilize its capabilities. Successful AI implementation requires not only technological infrastructure but also institutional readiness, digital competencies among educators, sound governance, and ethical considerations. By addressing these aspects, universities can maximize the benefits of AI while ensuring responsible and sustainable adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This publication demonstrates the Department of Management&#8217;s continued dedication to producing internationally recognized research that contributes to educational innovation and organizational excellence. The findings provide valuable insights for university leaders, policymakers, educators, and researchers seeking to design future-ready higher education systems that effectively integrate emerging technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study also supports several <strong>United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>. It contributes to <strong>SDG 4 (Quality Education)<\/strong> by promoting innovative approaches that enhance teaching, learning, and institutional quality through artificial intelligence. The research aligns with <strong>SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure)<\/strong> by encouraging the adoption of advanced digital technologies that strengthen educational infrastructure and innovation capacity. In addition, the study supports <strong>SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)<\/strong> by encouraging collaboration among universities, researchers, technology providers, and policymakers to accelerate digital transformation in higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through impactful international publications, the Department of Management FEB UNNES continues to strengthen its global academic presence while generating research that responds to contemporary educational challenges.
