Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) established cooperation again with an overseas partner, National Chi Nan University (NCNU) from Taiwan. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by both parties on Tuesday (10/4).
The event, which took place on the 4th floor of UNNES Rectorate Building, was attended by Prof Yuhlong Oliver Su as the President of National Chi Nan University. The NCNU 6th Leader told that he liked to know UNNES.
“I try to make relations with Indonesia. Like how NCNU always welcome young students especially from Asia. We have 4 campuses dedicated to teaching and educating youth,” the Professor of Chemistry said.
Representing UNNES Rector, Expert Staff for Foreign Cooperation Fahrur Rozi SPd MPd PhD explained that this meeting aimed to sign a MoU and have a discussion on the types of cooperation between UNNES and NCNU.
In this discussion forum, most UNNES parties asked for student exchange, credit transfers, scholarship programs, and scientific publications. In response to this, NCNU gives wide opportunities for UNNES, both for doctoral and graduate programs.
UNNES continues to enhance cooperation with worldwide universities to realize the internationalization year.
