Jhong-Huang LL M from School of Law, Cornel University, United States said goodbye to the Rector of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) after spending one month teaching at the International Class of Faculty of Law, Wednesday (12/9).
In addition to teaching at Faculty of Law UNNES, the man from New York also conducted socialization and community service with the Legal Clinic of Labor for fisheries sector in Brebes, Tegal, and Pemalang. He also took part in a seminar on the law issue and human rights for migrant workers in Taiwan to accompany the Legal Clinic and Human Rights Advocacy.
The graduate of law admitted that he was happy to explore and study Indonesian legal culture which was not found in other countries. He hopes that law enforcement in Indonesia will be more ideal and the public will better understand the law.
UNNES Rector Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum explained that this was a proud first step for UNNES towards the year of internationalization. In the future, it is expected that UNNES students and lecturers can depart abroad as part of learning and collaboration innovation.
