Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sent two students abroad. Eight students of Engineering Faculty follow credit transfer program in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) for four months and seventeen days, Monday (10/9).
In the event which was held in the 217 room of Rectorate Building, it was informed that they will study and do Practical Work. The credit system will be adjusted with UNNES credit system, which is 18 credits maximum.
The Vice Rector for Planning and Cooperation Prof YL Sukestiyarno MS PhD advised them to use this opportunity as good as possible. Socialize with people and study so when you are back, you have information and knowledge to share with other students.
“Keep the good reputation of UNNES, do not do something bad. Tell the prime service of UNNES as a promotion. Keep your spirit on, do not be afraid,” he said.
To follow this credit transfer program, the students were selected first in Mechanical Engineering Department. Furthermore, the remaining 12 students were selected again until obtaining the selected students, Bagas Wijaya, Dwi Prabowo, Zia Putra M, Reza Rizkiana Elang Wahyu S, Moh Khairul Anam, Sandy Triyanto, and Ryan Septiawan.
Their flight is scheduled to take off on Wednesday (12/9/18) and go back to Indonesia on Thursday (17/1/19) accompanied by the Head of Mechanical Engineering Department Rusdiyanto SPd MT and the Head of Cooperation of Engineering Faculty Ir Agus Nugroho SPd MT IPP.
