Hal ini normal, karena tubuh dan pikiran terbiasa dengan ritme santai saat liburan. Namun, ada beberapa langkah sederhana untuk membantu mengembalikan produktivitas dengan lebih cepat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cara Kembali Produktif<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mulai dengan pekerjaan ringan agar mood terbangun<\/strong><br>Dengan memulai dari tugas yang sederhana, kita bisa memberi sinyal positif pada otak bahwa pekerjaan bisa diselesaikan tanpa beban berlebih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rapikan meja kerja untuk memberi kesan segar<\/strong><br>Meja yang rapi membuat suasana hati lebih tenang dan memudahkan fokus pada pekerjaan yang akan dikerjakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Atur prioritas \u2192 jangan langsung ke pekerjaan paling berat<\/strong><br>Menyusun daftar prioritas membantu energi terkelola dengan baik, sehingga tidak mudah merasa kewalahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sisihkan waktu singkat untuk ngobrol ringan dengan rekan kerja<\/strong><br>Interaksi sosial ringan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan rasa kebersamaan setelah lama tidak bertemu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anggap hari pertama setelah liburan sebagai \u201cpemanasan\u201d<\/strong><br>Tidak perlu memaksa diri terlalu keras, karena produktivitas penuh biasanya akan kembali dalam 2\u20133 hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Penutup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jangan merasa bersalah jika di awal minggu pasca-libur produktivitas belum maksimal. Transisi butuh waktu, dan itu wajar.
