Tokoh UNNES merupakan wujud penghormatan dan apresiasi kepada para sesepuh dan pinisepuh Universitas Negeri Semarang yang telah berjasa dalam merintis, membangun, dan mengembangkan UNNES. Informasi disajikan sebagai sarana edukasi dan refleksi, sekaligus pengingat akan nilai keteladanan dan dedikasi yang diwariskan kepada generasi sivitas akademika UNNES masa kini dan mendatang.

H. Mochtar

Presidium Pertama IKIP Semarang 1965-1966

H. Mochtar menjabat sebagai Presidium Pertama IKIP Semarang pada periode 1965–1966 dan berperan penting dalam masa awal perintisan kelembagaan IKIP Semarang sebagai institusi pendidikan keguruan. Kepemimpinannya menjadi fondasi awal bagi pembentukan tata kelola dan arah pengembangan akademik yang kelak berkembang menjadi Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES).

Prof. Dr. Retmono

Rektor ke-5 IKIP Semarang 1986-1994

Prof. Dr. Retmono menjabat sebagai Rektor ke-5 IKIP Semarang pada periode 1986–1994 dan berperan dalam penguatan tata kelola serta pengembangan akademik IKIP Semarang. Kepemimpinannya turut mendorong konsolidasi institusi dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang menjadi bagian penting dalam perjalanan menuju Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES).

Rektor ke-6 IKIP Semarang / UNNES 1994-2002

Prof. Dr. Rasdi Ekosiswoyo, M.Sc. menjabat sebagai Rektor ke-6 IKIP Semarang / UNNES pada periode 1994–2002 dan berperan dalam masa transisi serta penguatan kelembagaan menuju Universitas Negeri Semarang. Kepemimpinannya menjadi bagian penting dalam pengembangan institusi dan peneguhan arah UNNES sebagai perguruan tinggi yang terus bertumbuh.
