Sub-Direktorat SDM

Sub-Direktorat SDM dibagi menjadi tiga seksi yaitu:

  1. Seksi Pengembangan SDM;
  2. Seksi Disiplin, Mutasi, dan Pemberhentian; dan
  3. Seksi Kesejahteraan.

Seksi Pengembangan SDM

Seksi Pengembangan SDM mempunyai tugas:

  1. melakukan kegiatan tata kelola organisasi dan kelembagaan;
  2. menyusun dokumen perencanaan SDM/bezeting;
  3. melakukan usul rencana kebutuhan/formasi dan pengembangan pegawai di lingkungan UNNES;
  4. melakukan pemetaan karir pegawai;
  5. melakukan pembinaan kompetensi dan pengembangan karir pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan serta sertifikasi pendidik di lingkungan UNNES;
  6. melaksanakan pemilihan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berprestasi;
  7. melaksanakan evaluasi jabatan;
  8. melaksanakan analisis beban kerja;
  9. melaksanakan penghitungan dan evaluasi beban kerja dosen;
  10. mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan SDM;
  11. penyusunan regulasi bidang SDM;
  12. melakukan urusan pengangkatan pegawai yang diberi tugas tambahan;
  13. melakukan penyusunan bahan pertimbangan tugas belajar dan izin belajar pegawai;
  14. pemrosesan seleksi JPT dan jabatan lain; dan
  15. merumuskan dan mengembangkan kebijakan penilaian kinerja pegawai.

Seksi Disiplin, Mutasi, dan Pemberhentian

Seksi Disiplin, Mutasi, dan Pemberhentian mempunyai tugas:

  1. melakukan penyusunan data dan informasi pegawai;
  2. melakukan urusan pengadaan, pengangkatan, dan pemindahan pegawai serta mutasi lainnya;
  3. melakukan urusan penilaian angka kredit, kenaikan pangkat, dan kenaikan jabatan pegawai;
  4. melakukan pengelolaan data kehadiran pegawai;
  5. melakukan penyiapan bahan penyusunan penilaian kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan;
  6. memproses permasalahan tuntutan ganti rugi studi lanjut pegawai;
  7. melakukan urusan disiplin pegawai; dan
  8. melakukan penyiapan bahan usul pemberhentian dan pemensiunan pegawai.

Seksi Kesejahteraan

Seksi Kesejahteraan mempunyai tugas:

  1. mengelola beasiswa, bantuan studi dan sertifikasi dosen, serta kesejahteraan pegawai lainnya;
  2. pemrosesan kenaikan gaji berkala, PGP (penyesuaian gaji pokok), gaji pegawai, dan usul pembayaran gaji dan tunjangan rutin pegawai;
  3. pengelolaan remunerasi;
  4. pemrosesan BPJS kesehatan, BPJS ketenagakerjaan, dan taspen;
  5. pemrosesan karis/karsu, dan karpeg;
  6. Melaksanakan kegiatan pelantikan dan sumpah PNS;
  7. pemrosesan satya lancana;
  8. pemrosesan kontrak pegawai;
  9. pemrosesan cuti pegawai;
  10. melakukan pencatatan data kepegawaian secara elektronik dan/ atau manual yang berhubungan dengan belanja pegawai secara tertib, teratur, dan berkesinambungan; dan
  11. melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan anggaran belanja pegawai.
