Dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman peraturan terkait perjalanan dinas, Bidang Administrasi Umum dan Keuangan Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) menyelenggarakan Sosialisasi Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan Nomor PER-22/PB/2013 tentang Ketentuan Lebih Lanjut Pelaksanaan Perjalanan Dinas Dalam Negeri Bagi Pejabat Negara, Pegawai Negeri dan Pegawai Tidak Tetap, Selasa (16/7) di rektorat kampus Sekaran.

Gatot Setio Harijono dari KPPN Semarang I (Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara-Semarang I) menyampaiakan, prinsip Perjalanan Dinas yakni hanya untuk kepentingan yang sangat tinggi dan prioritas yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan.

Selain itu, juga ketersediaan anggaran dan kesesuaian dengan pencapaian kinerja, Efisiensi penggunaan belanja negara, serta akuntabilitas pemberian perintah pelaksanaan Perjalanan Dinas dan Pembebanan biaya Perjalanan Dinas.

Gotot juga mengemukakan, dalam peraturan baru ini bertujuan lebih transparan dalam alokasi anggaran belanja perjalanan dinas, memudahkan pada pengontrolan karena ada monitoring pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas, dan ada pengendalian internal.

Pembantu Rektor Bidang Administrasi Umum Dr Wahyono menyampaikan ke depan dengan ditetapkannya peraturan baru ini Unnes akan membuat sitem. “Surat perjalanan dinas nanti didak dibuat secara manual lagi,” katanya.

Tak pelak, kesempatan itu digunakan peserta untuk menyampaikan keluh kesahnya dari urusan SPJ (surat pertanggungjawaban) mulai dari naik taxi minta ganti, kwitansi hilang, nota hilang, dan juga bording pass hilang.
