Sebanyak 30 orang tenaga pramubakti diterima Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) melalui seleksi yang telah dilaksanakan sejak pertengahan September lalu. Mereka menandatangani kontrak kerja, Selasa (30/9) di Rektorat Kampus Sekaran.

“Mereka ini akan ditempatkan pada posisi sebagai tenaga kependidikan pada 14 formasi yang dibutuhkan, antara lain pustakawan, laboran, dan tenaga keuangan,” kata Kepala Biro Administrasi Umum dan Kepegawaian (BAUK) Anwar Haryono MPd.

Dalam seleksi itu, 9 formasi tidak terisi, terdiri atas 8 formasi teknologi informasi (TI) dan 1 pengadministrasi barang milik negara.

“Sebetulnya banyak yang mendaftar. Namun setelah dites tidak ada yang memenuhi standar yang telah ditentukan,” katanya.

Kepada para pramubakti yang baru diterima Kepala BAUK menyampaikan, agar setiap pegawai dapat bekerja sungguh-sungguh dan mengedepankan etika.

“Mari bekerja dengan bagus, tunjukkan prestasimu, santun, syukur, dan ikhlas demi kemajuan Unnes konservasi ini,” kata pria yang sering disapa Pak Kyai ini.

Selain itu kata Anwar,  saat bekerja para pegawai ini bisa bekerja sama dengan tim dan saling melakukan koordinasi dengan baik.

Menurut Kepala Bagian Hukum dan Kepegawaian Dra Soelami, jumlah pendaftar untuk menjadi pramubakti sebanyak 321 orang. Setelah diseleksi administrasi jumlahnya berkurang menjadi 189 orang yang dinyatakan lolos . Dari 189 orang itu hanya 170 orang yang datang mengikuti tes tulis, dan 30 orang yanga diterima sebagai pramubakti.
