Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan (WR2) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Dr S Martono menyerahkan Surat Keputusan Kenaikan Pangkat (SKKP) kepada 37 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), dan Surat Keputusan Tenaga Non-PNS BLU kepada 43 tenaga BLU periode April 2016, Selasa, (9/8) di Gedung H kampus Sekaran Gunung Pati.

Penyerahan secara simbolis diberikan kepada Amirul Mukminin SPd MKes (Tenaga Pendidik), Zulfa Fahmy SPd MKom (Tenaga Pendidik BLU) Darmoyo SPd MKom (Tenaga Kependidikan), dan Taufik Ibrahim SE (Tenaga Kependidikan BLU).

WR2 meminta, agar tenaga PNS dan BLU yang menerima SKKP bisa meningkatkan kinerjanya melalui kerja keras dan cerdas, karena saat ini pelayanan publik dan administrasi masih banyak kekurangan.

“Semuanya diharapkan bisa terus meningkatkan pelayanan kepada publik melalui optimalisasi pelayanan yang cepat, tepat waktu, dan berkualitas”, katanya.

Menurutnya, tenaga Non-PNS BLU UNNES juga memiliki hak untuk bisa mendaftar sebagai calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) tanpa harus mengundurkan diri terlebih dahulu.

“Selama kinerjanya baik, UNNES akan terus mendorong untuk bisa mendaftar sebagai CPNS,” katanya.

Martono juga berharap semuanya harus menyesuaikan peraturan peraturan yang berlaku di UNNES diantaranya kedisiplinan. Selain itu, juga mengembangkan bagaimana UNNES ke depan bisa dicintai masyarakat.

“Caranya semua warga Unnes harus bekerja prima, disiplin, loyal kepada lembaga serta menjaga nama baik Unnes di lingkungan masyarakat,” katanya
