Dalam konsep konservasi budaya, hendaknya terjadi keterkaitan antara pelaku, apresiator atau penikmat, dan pemangku kepentingan. Hal itu supaya konservasi budaya dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dan bukan sebatas konsep belaka.

Hal itu ditandaskan Ki Widodo, dosen Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Jawa Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Semarang (FBS Unnes), ketika adegan limbukan dalam pergelaran wayang kulit, Jumat (28/12) di B6 fakultas tersebut.

Pergelaran yang mengambil lakon “Kresna Gugah” itu digelar dalam rangka Refleksi Akhir Tahun FBS Unnes. Selain Ki Widodo, dalam pergelaran yang sama ikut mendalang pula Ki Teguh Supriyanto, dosen di jurusan yang sama.

“Jika semua unsur saling membangun, niscaya konservasi budaya yang diunggulkan Unnes akan menjadi brand yang bagus,” katanya.

Ki Widodo kemudian mencontohkan, jika ada bentuk upaya konservasi itu dan rutin dilakukan, tetapi yang hadir hanya orang yang sama, maka besar kemungkinan tidak akan berkembang.

“Seperti acara-acara rutin di universitas ini, sebut saja Sarasehan Selasa Legen, yang mestinya menjadi sarana yang baik untuk menjadi ajang urun rembug kabudayan tidak hanya oleh pemangku kepentingan, tetapi juga unsur lain,” katanya. “Jangan hanya yang itu-itu saja yang meramaikan.”

Pada bagian lain Ki Teguh mengatakan, kemandekan akan terjadi jika berbagai sajian itu tanpa ada campur tangan banya pihak. “Aja nganti kegedhen empyak kurang cagak –jangan sampai keinginan yang besar tidak ditunjang dengan berbagai hal yang kurang memadai,” jelasnya.

Pengembangan Fakultas

Dekan FBS Unnes Prof Agus Nuryatin dalam sambutannya menyebutkan, Unnes dalam kaitannya dengan konservasi budaya sebenarnya sudah sangat kuat. “Hal itu didukung dengan banyaknya pelaku dan kreator seni di kampus ini. Terbukti pada wayangan ini, dalang dan penabuh gamelan semua dari Unnes,” ujarnya.

Prof Agus juga mengatakan, FBS sebagai fakultas yang memiliki jurusan bahasa, sastra, dan seni akan selalu mengembangkan fakultas berlandaskan hal itu.  “Menyuguhkan, merembuk, dan mengembangkannya adalah salah satu upaya nyata,” tandas Prof Agus.

    Saya pernah dengar, kalau negara bubrah, seni dan kabudayan yg akan membasuhnya. Sudah semestinya budaya lokal jadi “idola” kembali sbg upaya pembasuhnya

    Benar sekali, maju dan tidaknya sebuah negara bisa dilihat dari budayanya, ketika masyarakat sudah melupakan ataupun tidak menghargainya, akan bubrah semua tatanan. Menyuguhkan, merembug dan mengembangkan dengan tindakan nyata, dukungan serta kesadaran dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan dalam hal ini, semoga konservasi budaya di Unnes bisa selalu terealisasikan, salam budaya…

  3. “Aja nganti kegedhen empyak kurang cagak”, saya setuju bahwa bagian ini harus digarisbawahi, tidak hanya dalam konteks membangun budaya, tetapi juga keseharian kita sebagai bangsa. Dalam konteks korupsi misalnya, yang ikut seminar tentang pemberantasan korupsi justru mereka yang jauh dari korupsi, karena memang tidak menjabat atau memang tidak punya kesempatan. Sedangkan para pejabat dan yang berpeluang korupsi, dibiarkan tanpa didekati. Salam konservasi budaya. Yuli Andriansyah.
