Ada lima “syarat” agar seseorang bisa bahagia, yakni memiliki keluarga yang baik, memiliki pekerjaan yang baik, memiliki komunitas yang baik, rasa merdeka, dan memiliki nilai-nilai keimanan. Dari lima hal itu, menurut Rektor UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Prof Dr Komarudin Hidayat MA, pangkalnya adalah keluarga yang baik. Ia menyebut rumah tangga sebagai pilar kebahagiaan hidup manusia.

“Kepada keluarga kita pulang setelah seharian bekerja. Karena itu, oleh masyarakat maritim keluarga disebut pelabuhan,” katanya dalam acara Halal Bihalal Keluarga Besar Unnes, Kamis (15/8).

Penulis buku Psikologi Kematian ini menyebut, kebahagiaan manusia bermacam dan cenderung hierarkial. Tingkat pertama manusia punya kebahagiaan hewani yang umumnya ditandai dengan terpenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan fisik. Di atas itu, manusia punya kebahagiaan intelektual yang bisa diraih melalui jalan kreativitas. Adapun kebahagian tertinggi adalah spiritual happiness.

“Spiritual happiness berdimensi illahiah. Kebahagiaan ini dirah dengan laku member, giving, bukan lagi menerima, apalagi meminta,” katanya.

Dalam konteks Idul Fitri, menurut Komarudin, puasa dijalankan agar jiwa humani manusia dapat dikendalikan jiwa insani. Puasa membimbing jiwa insan agar bisa melayani jiwa lain yang di atasnya, yakni jiwa rabbani.

“Jika tidak, jiwa insan manusia justru akan kembali dituntut melayani jiwa humani. Maka terjadilah korupsi dan sebagainya. Dia menyadari kelakuannya keliru, tapi tetap melakukannya,” lanjut Komarudin.

Halal bihalal Unnes yang digelar di Auditorium Kampus Sekaran berlangsung meriah  dihadiri seribuan dosen dan karyawan Unnes. Rektor Unnes Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman berharap, semangat kekeluargaan Unnes yang telah ada di Unnes tetap terpelihara.

“Kita keluarga besar Universitas Konservasi yang memiliki tiga karakter utama, yakni keramahan, rasa hormat yang tinggi, dan semangat berprestasi,” katanya.
