Mahasiswa Prodi Bahasa Jepang patut berbahagaia karena akan segera mendapat dosen tamu baru dari negeri matahari terbit. Miyake Naoko akan menggantikan Narita Takahiro yang selama ini telah mengajar selama 3 tahun di Universitas Konservasi. Naoko adalah Japanese Language Specialist dari Japan Foundation.

Kedatangan Miyake Naoko secara resmi disambut Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik yang diwakili Staf Ahli Ali Formen MEd, Rabu (26/6) bersama dosen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Ai Sumirah Setiawati SPd MPd dan Dra Rina Supriatnaningsih, MPd.

“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas komitmen dan dedikasinya kepada Unnes. Berkat komitmen Mr Narita Unnes bisa berkembang sebasar ini,” kata Ali.

Unnes telah lama menjalin kerja sama dengan Japan Foundation khususnya dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan bahasa Jepang. Meski demikian, Japan Foundation memiliki tiga program lain, yakni  pertukaran kebudayaan, pertukaran intelektual dan pengembangan studi Jepang, serta Pengumpulan dan penyediaan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kegiatan pertukaran internasional.

Deputy Director Japan Foundation Nishimatsu Hideki yang hadir dalam acara siang tadi juga mengapresiasi kerja sama kedua lembaga tersebut. Ia berharap kerja sama dapat terus terjalin.

    Yth. Bapak Rektor… Kapankah kerjasama-kerjasama semacam tersebut di atas bisa “merembes” ke UPT Perpustakaan? Sungguh kami teman-teman dari perpustakaan sangat merindukan pengembangan perpustakaan bisa Go International..agar tidak ketinggalan dengan perpustakaan PT lainnya..     Nice info… sebenarnya kesempatan kerjasama, pelatihan, dll itu banyak diluar. yang kurang adalah informasi yang sampai ke telinga kita.
    Kadang sudah dapat informasi pun malas melaksanakannya.

Pak Nishimatsu dan bu Miyake sangat terkesan dengan keramahan Anda. Dan satu lagi, mereka mengatakan pisang rebusnya sangat enak sekali. Mereka tidak mengira kalau yang disuguhkan itu adalah pisang. Di Jepang mereka cuma mengenal satu jenis pisang saja yang di impor dari Filipina.
    Kemungkinan bulan Agustus mendatang setelah lebaran pak Nishimatsu akan datang lagi untuk mengantarkan tenaga asisten The Japan Foundation yang akan bertugas menggantikan bu Wakana yang telah bertugas membantu meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Jepang mahasiswa dan dosen di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang selama 2 tahun. Beliau akan pulang pada tanggal 6 Agustus mendatang.
