Penghargaan yang diraih Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) sebagai juara I layanan prima bidang pendidikan harus terealisasi dalam pelayanan di lapangan. Paradigma lama pelayanan harus diganti dengan  paradigma baru.

Sekretaris Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M) Unnes Prof Dr Totok Sumaryanto F MPd menyampaikan delapan paradigma baru itu saat memimpin apel pagi, Senin (26/8).

Pertama, sederhana. Artinya, prosedur pelayanan harus dibuat mudah. Jika dulu prinsipnya “Kalau bisa dipersulit kenapa dipermudah?”, harus diubah “Kalau bisa dibuat mudah kenapa dipersulit?”

Kedua, standar. Setiap pelayanan diberikan mengacu pada standar tertentu. Konsekuensinya, setiap unit kerja perlu memiliki standar operasional prosedur (SOP).

Ketiga, cepat, tak boleh ditunda-tunda. Pelayanan harus langsung diberikan saat diperlukan.

Keempat, transparan. Publik berhak mengakses informasi publik apa pun yang diperlukannya.

Kelima, efisien. Selain cepat pelayanan juga diberikan dengan efisien. Memanfaatkan sumber daya yang tersedia untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya.

Keenam, on time, adalah disiplin diri untuk mengerjakan sesuatu sesuai dengan jadwal.

Ketujuh, ekonomis. Prinsip ekonomi adalah mengeluarkan sumber daya yang seminimal mungkin untuk mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar mungkin.

Kedelapan, memadai atau layak. Pelayanan apa pun yang diberikan harus layak dinikmati, tidak ala kadarnya, apalagi asal-asalan.

“Bagaimana dengan kita? Apakah sudah bisa mempraktikkan paradigma baru ini?” tanya Prof Totok.

Ia berharap prestasi yang telah diraih Unnes dipertahankan oleh seluruh elemen, bahkan terus ditingkatkan.

    saya adalah salah seorang mahasiswa baru PPS UNNES program P2TK Dikmen, merasa bangga dan sangat berbahagia belajar di PPS UNNES. yang tentunya tidak hanya di fakultas yang lain di PPS UNNES pun saya kira akan melaksanakan 8 Paradikma Baru tersebut. Slamat Buat Kampus Baru ku aku siap Belajar smoga selesai tepat waktu bersama dosen dan staf yang handal Amin.

    Keenam, on time, adalah disiplin diri untuk mengerjakan sesuatu sesuai dengan jadwal.
    Tapi kenapa pengisian KRS tahap 2 ini tidak ontime ya pak???
    Banyak mahasiswa yang menantinya dan bahkan rela bergadang.

    Saya berharap segera asa surat tugas untuk semua bagian pelayanan, baik internal maupun eksternal, untu menyusun SOP yang disusun, dipahami, dan dilaksanakan bersama.
