Dekan dan mantan dekan di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) berkumpul dalam rapat koordinasi peningkatan kinerja, Selasa (10/11) di training center Unnes, Jalan Kelud, Semarang.

Dalam suasana guyub, rapat itu digunakan untuk membahas program di masing-masing unit dapat dijalankan secara berkelanjutan.

Salah satu topik yang dibahas adalah peningkatan akreditasi program studi untuk mempersiapkan Unnes menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTNBH).

Untuk menjadi PTNBH, Unnes harus memiliki akreditasi institusi A. Adapun untuk memperoleh akreditasi institusi A, ada persyaratan minimal jumlah program studi yang harus terakreditasi A.

Selain akreditasi, Rektor Unnes Prof Fathur Rokhman juga memberikan sejumlah target kepada dekan-dekan baru dalam bentuk kontrak kinerja.

Dalam bidang sumber daya manusia, Rektor menarget prosentase dosen berkualifikasi doktor mencapai 40 persen dari jumlah seluruh dosen. Pada bidang publikasi, Rektor menetapkan target 25 persen dari jumlah dosen terindeks Scopus.

“Kita juga targetkan, seluruh dosen atau seratus persen dosen mempublikasikan karya ilmiahnya, baik di jurnal ilmiah nasional maupun internasional,” katanya.
