Dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang tahun 2012 tetap mendapat imbalan pokok disiplin presensi. Untuk dosen tiap bulannya menerima Rp 200.000 dan tenaga kependidikan setinggi-tingginya Rp 300.000.

Hal itu sesuai dengan Keputusan Rektor Unnes tertanggal 3 Januari 2012, Nomor 53/K/2012 tentang pemberian imbalan pokok disiplin presensi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan, dan pembayaran tunjangan kinerja tenaga kependidikan tahun 2012.

Besarnya tunjangan kinerja bagi tenaga kependidikan tiap bulannya adalah Rp 300.000 untuk golongan IV, Rp 250.000 untuk golongan III, dan Rp 250.000 bagi golongan I dan II. Selain itu pramubakti mendapat tunjangan Rp 150.000 tiap bulannya.

Pemberian imbalan pokok disiplin presensi dosen diajukan ke bagian keuangan secara kolektif sesuai dengan unit kerja masing-masing dengan menyertakan print out daftar hadir kerja Simpeg, print out daftar perhitungan pembayaran, dan surat pernyataan tanggung jawab mutlak.

Bagi pegawai tenaga kependidikan, pemberian imbalan pokok diajukan ke bagian keuangan secara kolektif sesuai dengan unit kerja masing-masing, dengan menyertakan print out daftar hadir kerja Simpeg, print out hitungan ketidakhadiran kerja pegawai Simpeg, dan print out daftar perhitungan pembayaran yang telah diolah. Selain itu juga harus menyertakan dokumen pendukung dan surat pernyataan tanggung jawab mutlak.

Adapun sumber dana dari imbalan pokok tersebut berasal dari DIPA Unnes. Dengan tetap diberikannya insentif ini, diharapkan kinerja dan kedisiplinan dosen dan karyawan universitas konservasi selalu meningkat.

    Rajin itu sebuah kewajiban, tidak perlu di iming-imingi dengan sesuatu. Itu menandakan bahwa dosen mata duitan kayak keledai iming-imingi wortel. Apa kata dunia?..Oh..God, tp kalo dapat ya Alhamdulilah sesuatu…

  2. disiplin kerja itu harus, sesuai dengan tugas pokok kita, tetapi jika kedisiplinan hanya dilihat dari persentase kehadiran di kampus, kapan dosen-dosen dapat melakukan penelitian dan ppm dengan lebih baik? kedisiplinan dosen, akan lebih relevan jika diperhitungkan dari kegiatan-kegiatan tridharma pt, bukan semata-mata dari kehadiran (setiap hari hadir) dan mengisi presensi online. apakah presensi online telah dpt menggambarkan kinerja dosen dan/atau tenaga kependidikan secara jurdil?

    Bagaimana dengan dosen MKU/MKDK yang pertemuan saja kurang dari 12 kali ya?
    lalu staf administrasi yang datang baca koran, duduk-duduk? santai sekali
