Universitas Negeri Semarang/Berita/Belmawa Kemristekdikti Mendorong Tumbuhnya Wirausaha Muda Berbasis Keilmuan

Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan (Belmawa), Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemristekdikti) mengadakan Monitoring dan Evaluasi, Kopetensi Bisnis Mahasiswa Indonesia (KBMI) di Universitas Negeri Semarang (6/11) di Gedung Rektorat.

Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh Sembila Universitas Swasta dan Negeri di Jawa Tengah antara lain Politeknik Negeri Semarang, Universitas 17 Agustus, Universitas Darul Ulum Islamic Center, Universitas Dian Nuswantoro, Universitas Diponegoro, Universitas Muhamadiyah Semarang, UNNES, Universitas Semarang, dan Universitas Terbuka.

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah, membentuk karakter wirausaha mahasiswa berupa proses pengintegrasian antara hardskill dan softskill sehingga terbentuk kapasitas wirausaha. Selain itu juga mendorong tumbuhnya wirausaha muda berbasis keilmuan. Wirausaha muda ini diharapkan sudah memiliki bekal yang cukup berupa keterampilan dasar berwirausaha yang diperoleh melalui berbagai program kewirausahaan yang diikutinya. Kecukupan ilmu ini memberikan bekal bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi untuk menjalankan usaha yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Salah satu dosen penguji Prof Hanny Wijaya menjelaskan, KBMI pula disampaikannya harus sinergi dengan Kemahasiswaan, PKM-K, Program Belajar Bekerja Terpadu, Kuliah Kerja Usaha), dan Program Kewirausahaan lainnya yang telah diikuti mahasiswa calon penerima modal.

Ia menambahkan, prioritas program ini adalah untuk pengembangan usaha bagi mahasiswa yang sudah memiliki usaha dan ingin mengembangkannya. Adapun komoditi jenis usaha yang diusulkan harus terdiri dari lima kategori yakni makanan atau minuman, jasa dan perdagangan, industri kreatif, teknologi dan produksi budidaya.

Kunjungan Lokasi

Saat melakukan monev, Kasubdit Kesesjahteraan dan Kewirausahaan Kemristekdikti, Ismet Yusputra didampingi Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan UNNES Dr Bambang Br mengunjungi salah satu pengusaha muda dari UNNES yang menerima dana hibah dari Kemristekdikti. Muhammad Hasri Sabila mengembangkan Cafe dengan nama D’CO. Cafe ini berada di sekitar kampus UNNES dan mempunyai cabang di 7 lokasi antara lain, Jember, Palembang, Bulungan Kalimatan Timur, Tangerang, Wonogiri, dan Semarang.

Sabila panggilan akrabnya menceritakan, setelah menerima dana hibah dari Kemristekdikti dirinya dibantu beberapa rekannya mengembangkan usaha cafe ini hingga mempunyai 20 karyawan. Kita akan terus mengembangkan cafe ini menjadi waralaba, sehingga usaha ini terus berkembang tetapi permodalah dapat terbantu dari investor.

Bambang BR pun bangga mempunyai mahasiswa seperti ini, menurutnya kunci sukses dalam usaha adalah, piawai berkomunikasi, bisa bekerjasama, dan cepat dalam menyelesaikan masalah. UNNES pun tidak tinggal diam setiap ada mahasiswa yang kreatif dalam usaha, kita akan melakukan pendampingan dan menjadi narahubung ke Kemristekdikti.

Sudah kita buktikan pengusaha muda dari UNNES yang sukses seperti Ulfa Nurjanah dengan Mr Cuki nya, dan Faesal dengan Its Milk-nya. Mereka begitu lulus kuliah sudah bisa mandiri dan dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan.
