One of the higher education rating agencies worldwide, 4 International College & Universities (4ICU) UniRank, has announced a ranking for the best universities in Indonesia. 4ICU is a world university ranking agency that measures the popularity of colleges based on the popularity or the existence of a college’s website.
4ICU UniRank noted, there are 577 universities in Indonesia, which meet the ranking criteria. According to UniRank’s 4ICU, there are three criteria that universities must meet, namely being accredited by the appropriate higher education-related institution in each country, offering four-year undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, and providing excellent educational services.
In this report, Semarang State University (UNNES) is ranked 10th in the ranks of the best universities in Indonesia, ranked 96th universities in Asia, and ranked 891th in the World.
The Chancellor of UNNES, Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman MHum, expressed his gratitude for the proud achievement of UNNES as the 10th ranked university in Indonesia. UNNES is able to compete at the world level based on 4 International College & Universities (4ICU) UniRank version.
Furthermore, Prof Fathur said, with the current results, UNNES will continue to improve to be the best university in National and Global level.
