1. The maximum age to apply for the scholarship is 25 years old.
2. Hold a high school diploma (submit scanned diplomas and academic transcripts in English).
3. Provide proof of English Proficiency: TOEFL iBT score of 90, IELTS 5.0 score or equivalent (certificates must be issued within the last two years). Applicants from English-speaking countries or those graduating from programs conducted in English (stated in diplomas/transcripts) may provides an official letter from their previous institution as an alternative.
4. Provide the recommendation letter from the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate General in the appli ant’s country.
5. Submit a reccomendation letter from the employer/direct supervisor (if employed; the letter must be recently issued).
6. Submit an Academic Recommendation Letter from previous schools.
7. Provide proof of citizenship with a valid passport (valid for at least one year after July 2025). Note : National ID Cards are not accepted.
