Tahun 2006 Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) bekerja sama dengan Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf) menyelenggarakan program penyusunan draf kebijakan dan standar kompetensi profesi untuk delapan sektor ekonomi kreatif. Delapan sektor tersebut yakni sektor fashion, kriya, kuliner, desain komunikasi visual, seni rupa, penerbitan, pertunjukan, dan televisi serta radio.

Rektor UNNES, Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman dalam acara focus group disucsion (FGD) Penyusunan Instrumen dan Rancangan Survei di Hotel Star Semarang (19/8) mengatakan, melalui kerja sama ini UNNES harus mampu menunjukkan hasil yang kreatif dan mampu membesarkan nama UNNES, hasil output dari serangkaian kegiatan ini harus menghasilkan keluaran yang lebih kreatif dan harus profesional.

Prof Fathur juga mengemukakan, ada tiga output yang harus dihasilkan oleh tim, di antarannya naskah akademik draf kebijakan ekonomi kreatif, standar kompetensi profesi, dan sistem informasi ekonomi kreatif.

“Upayakan untuk naskah akademik draf kebijakan sampai tersusun pasal-pasal kebijakan secara detail, dan untuk sistem informasi harus terbentuk web,” ungkap Prof Fathur.

Dr Rodia Syamwil selaku leader dalam program ini, mengememukakan progres yang telah dilakukan sampai final laporan yang harus dipertanggungjawabkan kepada Bekraf Jakarta.

“Kita diberi waktu enam bulan oleh Bekraf, jelas ini membutuhkan kesungguhan dan kreativitas tim dalam menyusun,” katanya.

Sampai berita ini dilaporkan, kegiatan masih berjalan dan direncanakan berlangsung sampai hari Sabtu (20/8).
