Universitas Negeri Semarang/Berita/Tiga Profesor Unnes Naik Pangkat

Tiga Profesor di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) menerima Surat Kenaikan Pangkat. Penyerahan oleh Rektor Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum, Kamis (7/4) di rektorat kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Mereka Prof Dr Tandiyo Rahayu MPd (Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan) naik pangkat dari IIId menjadi IVa, Prof Dr dr Oktia Woro Kasmini Handayani MKes (Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan) naik pangkat dari IVc menjadi IVd, dan Prof Dr H Achmad Slamet MSi (Direktur Program Pascasarjana) naik dari IIId menjadi IVa.

Prof Fathur Rokhman menyampaikan, setelah menerima SK kenaikan pangkat ini, gajinya menjadi naik, sumber daya manusianya juga harus naik untuk berkontribusi mengabdi kepada Unnes, nusa, bangsa, dan negara.

“Sebab sumber daya manusia merupakan kata kunci untuk meningkatkan Unnes,” kata Prof Fathur.

Tugas Profesor itu tugas standar melakukan tri darma perguruan tinggi (pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat). Selain itu, Prof Fathur mengingatkan ada tugas khusus dosen yakni mengunggah beban kerja dosen ke laman penjaminan mutu Unnes.

    Dan walaupun jabatan sudah tertinggi tetaplah

    Seorang guru/dosen harus mau dan mampu memandangi wajah peserta didiknya satu per satu ketika di kelas atau pun sedang mengajar di tempat lain (luar kelas)!

    Menatap mereka dengan penuh cinta & kasih, karena jika guru/dosen masih berkutat pada “baju” or “penampilan fisik”; maka hanya peserta didik yang “sempurna” (misal: cantik/ganteng, anak orang kaya, bermobil, dan semacamnya) yang sudi mereka pandang, sementara selainnya dicuekin, dianggap sebagai “lalat” yang mengganggu pemandangan & berisik karena kepakkan sayap jeleknya
