Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menetapkan 2018 sebagai tahun internasionalisasi untuk itu semua Fakultas, Lembaga, dan semua Unit kerja yang ada di UNNES harus mendukung arahan yang telah ditetapkan ini.

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan itu saat membuka kegiatan Paparan Program masing-masing Kepala Pusat di Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) UNNES, Rabu (21/2/2018).

Hadir pada acara tersebut Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik (WR 1) Prof Rustono, WR 2 Dr Martono, WR 3 Dr Bambang BR, WR 4 Prof Sukestiyarno, dan Ketua LP3 Drs Abdurrahman MPd.

Prof Fathur menyarankan, di era disrupsi ini LP3 UNNES harus melakukan inovasi jika tidak mau ketinggalan. UNNES sudah menyediakan teknologi dan informasi yang bisa dimanfaatkan diberbagai bidang diantaranya untuk pelaksanaan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL).

Pelaksanaan program PPL di sekolah mitra jika dilakukan dengan sistem mulai dari pendaftaran mahasiswa ke sekolah mitra, sistem penilaian, dan administrasi maka akan menjadi catatan data yang akurat. Untuk itu mohon sistem yang sudah ada di UNNES ini diaplikasikan dengan baik.

Setelah pembukaan, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan paparan program masing-masing kepala pusat di LP3 yakni Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Profesi Guru dan Sertifikasi (PPG-SP) Drs Agus Yuwono MPd MSi, Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Karir dan Bimbingan Konseling Dr H Eko Supraptono MPd, Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Media Kurikulum dan MKU & MKDK Dr Isnarto MSi.

Kemudian, Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Pelatihan Bahasa dan Pelatihan Pendidikan Drs Amir Sisbiyanto MHum, dan Kepala Pusat Pengembangan PPL dan Sekolah Laboratorium Drs Bambang Priyono MPd.
