Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang (PPs Unnes) bersepakat menjalin kerja sama dalam bidang akademik dengan National institute of Education International (NIEI) Singapore. Kesepakatan tersebut ditandai dengan penandatanganan Memorandum Of Agreement On Academic Exchange (MoA) oleh Direktur PPs Unnes Prof Samsudi dan General Manager NIEI, Prof. Goh Chor Boon, Jumat (2/11), di Kampus NIEI Singapore.

Terungkap dalam kerja sama tersebut NIEI bersedia menerima sekitar 50 mahasiswa PPs Unnes program S2 Kepengawasan untuk melakukan magang perkuliahan teori dan praktek supervisi selama kurang lebih 3 minggu. “Kegiatan magang perkuliahan tersebut rencananya akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2013 sekitar bulan Maret / April 2013,” kata Director NIEI Prof Lee Sing Kong disela-sela penandatanganan MoA.

PPs Unnes, menurut Prof Samsudi, selalu berupaya mengembangkan diri untuk meningkatkan standar internasional lembaga melalui berbagai kerja sama dengan berbagai lembaga yang berskala internasional. “Penandatangan MoA ini merupakan upaya memantapkan kerja sama dengan NIEI,” tuturnya.
