Bergelut di keorganisasian kampus, hendaknya tak menjadi alasan menghambat kelulusan. Terlebih telah banyak pula mahasiswa aktivis yang lulus tepat waktu dan tidak lama kemudian mendapat pekerjaan.

Pernyataan tersebut dikemukakan Dekan Fakultas Hukum (FH) Universitas Negeri Semarang Sartono Sahlan MH, ketika melantik fungsionaris BEM, DPM, dan UKM di lingkungan fakultas itu, Jumat (3/1) di C7 Fakultas Ilmu Sosial (FIS) Unnes. Acara itu dihadiri segenap Pembantu Dekan, dosen, dan pengelola jurusan.

Sartono juga mengatakan, organisasi merupakan laboratorium tata negara. Di sinilah mahasiswa dapat belajar mengelola diri dan teman sebagai bekal di masyarakat kelak. “Kecerdasan sosial akan tumbuh, jika kalian mau berupaya dan selalu mengasahnya,” ujarnya.

Kepada fungsionaris baru, Sartono berharap supaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja lembaga kemahasiswaan. “Sebagai fakultas yang belum lama berdiri, mari kita tunjukkan prestasi demi prestasi FH untuk mendukung universitas konservasi,” harapnya.

Hendry Syahrial, Ketua Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa FH Unnes yang baru dilantik mengatakan, akan berusaha melaksanakan amanat dan tugas semaksimal mungkin. “Saya masih harus banyak belajar dari senior dan bimbingan dari dekan. Semisal ada kekurangan, saya akan menerima saran dan kritik yang kelak berguna bagi kemajuan bersama,” katanya.

Sementara itu, mantan Ketua BEM FH Rhafel Octanto mengutarakan, janganlah ragu untuk belajar dari senior dan pembimbing. “Jangan pernah ragu untuk mengawali perubahan. Bila nantinya ada hal-hal yang tak sejalan dalam berorganisasi, selalu jaga kekeluargaan dan musyawarah,” tandasnya.

    organisasi adalah kuliah tanpa sks , jadi gag mengganggu 🙂
